1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DietBanao (dietbanao.com), you confirm that you have read,
understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms
constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Devepras Institute. If
you do not agree, you must not use our services.


2. Description of Service

DietBanao is an AI-powered personalised diet planning platform that allows users to:
- Complete a health and lifestyle questionnaire
- Receive AI-generated personalised diet plans
- Access a user dashboard to track progress and meal adherence
- Purchase credits to generate diet plans

DietBanao provides general nutritional guidance only. It is not a substitute for
professional medical or dietetic advice.


3. User Accounts and Eligibility

- You must be at least 18 years of age to use DietBanao
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- DietBanao reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms


4. Credit System and Payments

- Credits must be purchased in advance to generate diet plans
- One credit equals one diet plan generation request
- Credits do not expire once purchased
- All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
- Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes
- DietBanao reserves the right to modify pricing with 7 days notice


5. Health Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: DietBanao provides AI-generated diet guidance for informational
purposes only. It is NOT a medical service and does NOT replace professional
medical or dietetic advice.

- Diet plans are generated based on information you provide and general guidelines
- Results vary depending on individual health conditions and adherence
- Always consult a qualified doctor or dietitian before significant dietary changes
- If you have medical conditions including diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease,
or eating disorders, seek professional medical advice before following any plan
- DietBanao is not responsible for any health outcomes from following diet plans
- Pregnant women must not use DietBanao without explicit medical supervision


6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information in your health questionnaire
- Use DietBanao for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI models or algorithms
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access our platform
- Share your account credentials with third parties
- Use our service to generate plans for resale without written permission


7. Data Collection and Tracking

By using DietBanao, you acknowledge and consent to the following:
- Your usage data including page visits and purchase events is tracked using
Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager for website performance analysis
- Advertising performance is measured using Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) and
Meta Conversions API to measure effectiveness of our marketing campaigns
- Your health profile data is processed by Google Gemini AI to generate your plan
- Anonymised and aggregated usage data may be used to improve our platform

8. Intellectual Property

All content on DietBanao including text, graphics, logos, diet plan content,
calculation methodologies, and software is the property of Devepras Institute.

- You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission
- Diet plans generated for you are for your personal use only
- You grant DietBanao a licence to use your submitted information solely for
generating your diet plan and improving our service


9. Limitation of Liability

Devepras Institute shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of DietBanao
- Loss of data, revenue, or profits
- Health outcomes resulting from following AI-generated diet plans
- Service interruptions or technical failures
- Actions of third-party services including Razorpay, Google, or Meta

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months
preceding the claim.


10. Service Availability

DietBanao does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to:
- Perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service
- Update our AI models, which may result in variation in diet plan outputs


11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to
the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad City, Gujarat, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at
care@dietbanao.com. We will attempt resolution within 30 days.


12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The Effective Date will
be updated accordingly. Continued use of DietBanao after changes constitutes
acceptance of the revised terms.
