Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all credit purchases made on DietBanao
(dietbanao.com), operated by Devepras Institute. Please read this policy
carefully before making any purchase.

2. No Refund Policy

All credit purchases on DietBanao are final and non-refundable.
Once credits are purchased, they cannot be refunded under any circumstances except as stated in Section 3. We do not offer refunds for:

- Credits that have been used to generate diet plans
- Credits that have not yet been used
- Dissatisfaction with the generated diet plan content
- Change of mind after purchase
- Failure to use purchased credits
- Technical issues on the user's device or internet connection

3. Duplicate Payment Refund

If you are charged more than once for the same transaction due to a payment
gateway error, you are entitled to a full refund of the duplicate charge.

Conditions for a duplicate payment refund:
- The duplicate charge must be for the exact same amount on the same day
- You must report it within 7 days of the transaction date
- You must provide your registered email, both transaction IDs, and a bank or
UPI screenshot showing the duplicate deduction

Verified duplicate payment refunds will be processed within 7 working days of
the transaction date. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

4. How to Request a Duplicate Payment Refund

1. Email care@dietbanao.com with subject: Duplicate Payment Refund Request
2. Include your registered email, both transaction IDs, and a screenshot
3. Our team will verify against Razorpay records within 2 working days
4. Upon verification, the refund will be initiated through Razorpay
5. Refund will reflect in your account within 5-7 working days depending on
your bank

Note: DietBanao is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment network once the refund has been initiated from our end.

5. Technical Issues — Credit Restoration

If a technical error on our platform causes credits to be deducted without a
plan being generated, contact care@dietbanao.com within 48 hours with:
- Your registered email address
- Description of the issue
- Screenshot of the error (if available)

We will restore your credits if the deduction was caused by a verified technical
error. This is a credit restoration, not a cash refund.
